Snowfly Performance Incentives is a Veteran Owned Small Business.
Our two Principal Owners, Darrin Briggs & Elijah Cox, are both Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
President & CEO
Darrin graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. After his time in the Navy, Darrin enjoyed a successful 11-year corporate career in the food production industry. Darrin joined the Snowfly team in early 2016, subsequently became one of the new principal owners of the company and assumed the role of President & CEO. Darrin currently lives in Utah with his wife & four children and enjoys sports, being outdoors, reading and traveling.
Ben joined the Snowfly team in 2014 and recently graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Engineering with a BS in Business & Computer Science. He is currently working as our Lead Developer. Ben and his wife live in Utah.
Kyle joined the Snowfly team in 2016 after working as a network technician for several years. He is currently working as a member of our software development team. Kyle lives in Utah with his wife & two sons.
COO / CTO
A decorated U.S. Army National Guard combat veteran, and graduate of the University of Wyoming with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, Elijah joined the software development team at Snowfly in 2010. As one of the new principal owners of Snowfly, Elijah has now assumed full responsibility for all technical aspects of the company. Eli lives in Utah with his wife & three children and enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his volleyball team to local tournaments.
Tim joined Snowfly in 2014 as a member of our development team. Tim is working towards a degree in Computer Science at Dixie State University. Tim lives in Utah with his wife and they enjoy spending time outdoors.
Melissa Garrett has worked for Snowfly since 2014 and is responsible for day-to-day Customer Service issues within the company. Melissa lives in Oklahoma with her husband & five children.
Customer Experience Manager
Ryan joined the Snowfly team as a Customer Service Manager in 2014. He graduated from Texas A&M University and remains an avid Aggies fan. Ryan’s role as Customer Experience Manager is to ensure our clients have the best possible experience in working with Snowfly. Ryan lives in Colorado with his wife & four children.
With connections to Snowfly’s founder going back over 30 years, Gwen has been a part of Snowfly since the beginning and is Snowfly’s office manager. Gwen lives in Wyoming with her husband and family and enjoys the outdoors and reading in her spare time.
