Recently I had the chance to “sit down” with Ryan Dietrich, Director of Client Services at Snowfly. Ryan does a number of things with our clients, one of which is onboarding new customers. This is a pretty hefty and intense job, as you can imagine. No two clients are the same, and every client has unique needs. Ryan’s job is to help customers understand how Snowfly tools can help accomplish their organizational objectives. Whether that is to have better attendance or to impact the culture and increase retention, Ryan walks clients through a process to ensure our tools deliver results.
