Snowfly has released several new features within our platform in the past couple of months and we want to highlight them for you so you are aware of these new tools:
AUTO REWARD FOR COMPANY/PROGRAM FEEDBACK: You now have the ability to provide an automatic reward/recognition for users who submit Help Desk Tickets. Do you want to provide rewards to those who use the Help Desk? or to those who provide program feedback? What about to those individuals who provide company feedback? You decide!
CURRENT & PREVIOUS MONTH REWARD USAGE: Administrators have a new Rewards Management page! The new tool has easy to use features and displays current month-to-date dollar usage and the previous month’s reward dollar usage…all at a glance..all in one place.
NEW REWARD TEMPLATE TOOL: For Administrators, the process to create and launch a new Reward and/or Target has been streamlined into one easy to follow step-by-step wizard. The new tool will walk you through each step required to create and edit new or existing rewards for your program! This tool is available in the “Program Tools -> Manage Rewards” area of the platform which can be accessed via the main menu on the left side of the screen. Yeah…you’re welcome.
